  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day (Free shipping on orders over €30)

  • Europe: 2-5 business days using PostNL (Free shipping on orders over €150)

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days using UPS & FedEx Express

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to:

  • Orders over €100 for the Netherlands & Belgium

  • Orders over €150 for Europe

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
